Welcome to Provincial Economy and Finance Data! By using the site or any information, maps, data or services on the site, you agree to be bound by these terms of use.

Use of the site

1.     Copyright of all original text, maps, graphics, logos and designs created by and published on this website is owned by the authority provided data and General Secretariat, Steering Committee of the Public Financial Management Reform (GSC). GSC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and copy, adapt, distribute and otherwise use the content on the site according to these terms of use.

2.     You agree not to:

·  sell, lease, sublicense or in any other way make the content available to third parties for commercial gain beyond recovery of the costs you incurred in accessing, modifying or distributing the content (e.g. printing costs)

·  present the content as if it is your own content

·  modify the content in any way that misrepresents, falsifies or disparages it

3.     As a user of the site you may submit data and information to GSC. By submitting content to GSC you warrant that you own the content, or that you have the agreement of the owner(s) to submit the content to GSC. You retain ownership of your own content, but by submitting it to GSC you agree that GSC may store, modify, publish, display or distribute the content in any form without payment to you.

5.     GSC reserves the right to update, modify or remove content at any time.

7.     The content of the site that has been produced by Provincial Department of Economy and Finance, GSC, and the official data by entity under government of Cambodia.

Unacceptable use

11.  You agree not to engage in unacceptable use of the site. Unacceptable use includes (but is not limited to):

·  Transmitting material that a reasonable person would find malicious, offensive, defamatory, abusive, harassing or inciting hatred

·  Transmitting malicious code, viruses, worms, Trojan horses or anything that causes interference or disruption of the site or access for site users

·  Transmitting commercial advertising, political or religious promotions, chain letters, pyramid schemes or mass distribution of unsolicited messages

·  Transmitting material that falsely claims GSC or Provincial Department of Economy and Finance’s endorsement.

14. GSC or Provincial Department of Economy and Finance reserves the right to update these Terms of use at any time and without any prior notice. The updated Terms of use will apply from the time they are published on the website. The fact that the Terms have changed will be announced on the site when they are published.
